SOLSTITIUM is an immersive performance that merges fashion, movement, music, art and myth to celebrate the Summer Solstice as a turning point — the moment when energy becomes visible, when light reaches its peak, and when life reveals itself in full form.

It marks the beginning of the new solar year — the moment the sun reaches its highest point, and life answers with fullness, bloom, intensity.

SOLSTITIUM is the reflection of that moment, made visible through performance, fashion, voice and body.

Created by designer and artist Manel Baer, with creative direction of Marco Gomes and Tatjana Jourdain, the piece marks the second chapter in a trilogy inspired by the natural cycles of the Earth and body.

Following EQUINOX (a piece on personal transformation and balance), SOLSTITIUM represents the height of vitality — a celebration of sunlight, growth, rhythm and collective presence.

ALBA

The awakening. Human bodies enter slowly, in silence, to open the space for what is to come. LITHA appears and commands the energy.

IGNIS VIVA

The energy rises. Rhythm intensifies. The sun is invoked through colour, heat, voice and motion.

SOLIS OMEN

The arrival. Mythical beings emerge — forest creatures that only appear once a year, carrying fragments of nature at its most abundant: flowers, seeds, storms, roots, water, insects, fungi, decomposition.
